Amigurumi Crochet Mini Pig - Golden Pig - Chinese New Year

Trust the magic of new beginnings! What better way to get the Chinese New Year spirit than to crochet a lovely piglet, golden one. I used Mini Amigurumi Crochet Pig Pattern and Brilla yarn by Filatura di Crosa, 2mm crochet hook, 6mm black safety eyes. It´s a relatively easy amigurumi pattern to follow and contains lots of photos. Definitely a nice crochet project for the upcoming Valentine`s day as well. Piglets are so lovable and also a symbol of wealth and fortune. Shine Piglet Shine! Handmade and so precious!

Lucas the Teddy Bear Pattern - Amigurumi Crochet

Lucas the Teddy Bear (We´re one but we´re not the same!)

My latest three teddy bears: made with Lucas the Teddy Bear Pattern  The original Lucas the teddy bear pattern calls for hook size number 2, but here I used 3mm crochet hook for the very first time in my life. :) I use 2.5mm hook with most of my yarns, they are often DK/Worsted weight or 2mm with Sports weight for smaller ones like this mini bunny.

Lucas the Teddy Bear works with all kind of yarn and hook sizes, design won´t change. Excellent. And I like to follow my patterns on a smartphone. :)

I used Scheepjes Stone Washed XL yarn (Yellow Jasper), 3mm crochet hook, 8mm hand-painted safety eyes, cotton thread for the nose. Needed 3 balls/skeins on the dot of this beautiful yarn - 150 grams. I recommend buying 4, just in case, if you´d want to try with a 3.5mm crochet hook as well. 

I followed more or less this list:

1st ball: legs, ears, a tail

2nd ball: a body, a hand

3rd ball: second hand, a head

You can give your time by giving someone a teddy bear you´ve crocheted up yourself. Big and small at the same time. Teddy bear is a lifetime friend - a timeless keepsake.

A New Handmade Totoro Family - Crochet Amigurumi Totoro Toys

I´ve crocheted a Totoro Family before, oh, already two years ago, time flies :)
I used Lucy´s  Totoro patterns again, I did some changes on White Totoro though.
I never get tired of this film: My Neighbor Totoro, total classic.
And of course Alpaca yarn, Drops Puna for Blue and Grey Totoro and Austermann Alpaca Silk yarn for White Totoro. 2,5mm crochet hook and black safety eyes and again, lots of stuffing.
It took ma a whole week to crochet them up, but I´m really pleased with the result.
Grey Totoro about 20 cm, Blue Totoro about 18 cm and White Totoro about 12 cm.

Amigurumi plane/ amigurumi l´avion

I´ve made my first amigurumi plane. It´smade from 100% cotton yarn and stuffed with fiberfill. Usually I use pure sheep wool for my amigurumi brooches and for little amigurumi animals. 

Making this plane was quite funny, because it seemed to me, that I forgot a cockpit, so I tried to do it afterward, it did not had any success, it´s like in a book "The Little Prince", you have to see the invisible!

J'ai fait mon premier avion amigurumi. Il est fabriqué à partir de fils de coton (100%) et c´est rembourré avec de la fibre synthétique. Habituellement j´utilise pure laine de mouton pour mes broches amigurumi et pour petits animaux amigurumi.
Cette processus était assez drôle, parce qu'il me semblait, que j'ai oublié un cockpit, alors j'ai essayé de le faire par la suite, il n'a pas eu de succès, c'est comme dans un livre "Petit Prince", vous devez voir l'invisible!

Tiny pink amigurumi bunny!

I´ve made a tiny totally pink amigurumi bunny. I also crochted a little bag to go with! A special gift for someone you love:)
I don´t have any pattern to follow, I make my own patterns, this is a joy of creating new tiny toys. You never know the result before you have finished your work. Sometimes I also have to make several corrections. It´s not the easiest way but it´s worth it!

I made little snail, two together! Even a snail can be cute! The most adorable snails I have ever created:), I do love them!

Cute Amigurumi HIPPO

I made amigurumi Hippo, I love those animals, this one is 9 cm tall:) I used safety eyes and pink ribbon. This could be a perfect gift for a newborn baby boy or just for HIPPO fans:)

Amigurumi tiger with soother

Amigurumi tiger with soother for a newborn baby girl. The tiger has a lovely pink soother and chrocheted little bag with perles. It is 7 cm in height. I used safety eyes. My own design and pattern. This is unique. This baby tiger goes to Belarus and hopefully will live a long and beautiful life as a talisman.

I´m in the mood to crochet very small amigurumis because they are just so cute, it makes you smile when you look at it. Everybody likes cute things!

My first amigurumi ever: a little mouse

Amigurumi mouse was my first one and it´s the only toy what was made according to pattern shown in web. I thought it was wonderful, so I started to make amigurumi toys with my own patterns, I am creative person and also it seamed easier and more interesting to do my own designs.
